There will be no school<\/i><\/b> on Friday, February
\n26th<\/sup> for students. School will resume on Monday, March 1st<\/sup>.

Spring break<\/span><\/b> starts on Monday, March 29th<\/sup> \u2013
\nMonday, April 5th<\/sup>. School will resume on Tuesday, April 6th<\/sup>.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Read Across America
\nWeek is March 1-5th.\u00a0 We celebrate as much reading as we can, and as many
\nauthors and genres as we can!<\/span><\/p>\n

To celebrate, SFES
\nwill have two dress-up days:<\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesday, March 3
\nwill be Storybook Character Day (dress as a favorite storybook character)<\/span><\/p>\n

Friday, March 5 will
\nbe Owl Moon Day (dress in your pajamas to celebrate curling up with a good
\nbook).

\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Students will still
\nneed to attend all activities, including recess, and creative, inexpensive,
\nclever dress-up is encouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nresponsive spring parent conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 4th from
\n4:00-7:30 PM.\u00a0 Please know that, while spring conferences are not
\nnecessary for every student, we are happy to share comments or student work
\nwith families at any time.\u00a0 We are requesting a conference with families
\nwe feel could benefit from additional information for supporting their child to
\nfinish the school year strong!\u00a0 If you have not received a request, but
\nfeel the need to meet, we are happy to do so.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
