* HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS*<\/p>\n

*September 13, 2022*<\/p>\n

Any 10th or 11th grade students interested in taking the PSAT, please sign
\nup in the counseling office. The cost is $18 and must be paid to reserve a
\nspot. There are only 25 tests available. Deadline to sign up is Sept. 29.
\nThe PSAT is a good opportunity to practice a standardized test before the
\nACT and could also qualify you for scholarship opportunities if you do
\nwell. If you have questions, please see Mr. Koepsell.<\/p>\n

*All current members of NHS* – our first meeting is going to be on
\nSeptember 23rd during enhancement. All officers of NHS, our officer
\nmeeting will be Wednesday, September 14th at 7:30 am. Do not be late!<\/p>\n

ATTENTION STUDENTS!! There are going to be several visitors at our high
\nschool the week of September 12! On Tuesday, September 13, our LTC rep,
\nEsther, will be coming to talk with students about opportunities offered
\nthrough LTC for high school students as well as programs offered after high
\nschool. Please use the Google form Mrs. Groth sent out in email to sign up
\nfor this visit. The same day, Tuesday, the Army recruiter will be coming
\nand setting up outside the cafeteria to talk with students during lunches.
\nPlease feel free to go visit with him, but when you are finished you must
\nreturn to the cafeteria. On Thursday, September 15, a rep from Concordia
\nUniversity will be here to meet with Juniors and Seniors who might want to
\nlearn more about Concordia. Please use the Google form Mrs. Groth sent out
\nin email to get signed up for this visit.<\/p>\n

If you are interested in joining the Student Council for the 2022-2023
\nschool year, please fill out this application. Pending staff voting, 3
\nmembers will be selected from each grade, and will join the Class Officers
\nin Student Council. Please ask Ms. Tews if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

Good Morning Falcons! If you are a junior or a senior interested in playing
\nPowder Puff (football for girls) or Buff Ball (volleyball for boys) please

\nMonday, September 26th. It will kick off our Homecoming week and I hope to
\nsee you all there! The Student Council is working hard to make this
\nHomecoming one to remember!- Ms. Tews<\/p>\n
