The national guard will be coming to Sheboygan County! This is free testing
for people experiencing COVID symptoms.

*Waelderhaus Gingerbread Festival 2020! *
This year’s participation in the gingerbread contest will be different than
in years past, to ensure students and communities the opportunity to
participate in a fun and safe way. The Waelderhaus Gingerbread Festival
will be virtual, without a public display. Students, families, community
organizations, and individuals must submit an entry form

by November 21st and then submit a photo of your hand-crafted gingerbread
creation by November 23rd to [email protected]

Fans of the festival will still be able to view and vote for their
favorites entries online by visiting the Waelderhaus Website.

* Yearbook Cover Design Contest*
Entries Due November 20th
This year, the SFMS Yearbook Staff wants your help designing the yearbook!
This year, all students grades 5-12 have the opportunity to enter their
designs in our Yearbook Cover Design Contest. The winning selection will be
used as the cover of the 2020-2021 yearbook!
Each design should meet the following requirements:
1. Each design should consist of *TWO* 8.5×11 sheets of paper (one for
the FRONT COVER and one for the BACK COVER)
2. Both the front and back cover should be oriented vertically (Portrait
Layout)
All cover designs should also include the following information:

5. The school logo OR your interpretation of our mascot, the
Falcon
Tips for designs:
– Don’t leave much (if any) white space
– Use the whole sheet of paper
– Make sure your design is original (do not use any movie/cartoon
character, symbols, brand logos, etc. created by someone else)
How to submit:
– For designs made on paper:
– Option 1: Scan and email designs to Ms. Dekanich at

– Option 2: Give paper copies to Ms. Dekanich in room 245
– Option 3: Ask your cohort teacher to give your design to Ms.
Dekanich
