If any Sixth grade students want to sign up may.The last<br \/>\nday to sign up and have paperwork in is Wednesday April 7th. If you need to<br \/>\nfill out paperwork you can stop by the office. Sign up can be found in the<br \/>\napp in classlink. If you have not had a physical, it is best to schedule<br \/>\none as soon as possible. Thank you! &#8211; Coaches Debbink, Ogea, and Wormwood<\/p>\n<p>Sheboygan Falls High School Music Boosters are selling  masks with Falcon<br \/>\nlogos on them. Masks are $8.00 each. They are high         quality masks<br \/>\nthat say \u201cFalcon Choir\u201d. If you are not sure if<br \/>\nyour household member needs a COVID test, please email Nurse Lisa or Nurse<br \/>\nAmber and we can help figure out the next steps.<\/p>\n<p>\nI understand that this is something that has been dynamic throughout this<br \/>\nschool year, and we are sorry for any confusion that has caused. We have<br \/>\nbeen trying to follow our county\u2019s guidance, disease burden, and what other<br \/>\narea schools are doing.This is no small task!<\/p>\n<p>\nWith cough and cold season upon us, we&#8217;d like to review what are considered<br \/>\nCOVID symptoms and therefore requires your child to stay home:<\/p>\n<p>ONE of the following: cough, trouble breathing, or loss of taste\/smell   OR<\/p>\n<p>TWO of the following: congestion, sore throat, fever, headache, body aches,<br \/>\nvomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue<\/p>\n<p>We are asking that siblings and children of adults being tested for COVID<br \/>\nplease stay home, even if they are not showing symptoms.
