\nA Message from the library:<\/p>\n

The Library Media Center is excited to announce that Summer Book Bundles
\nare available for students this year! Reading is a fabulous way to avoid
\nthe “summer slide.” Student requests for book bundles can be made by
\nfilling out this Google Form <forms.gle\/TSb97V3dRAVtitgb7<\/a>>. All
\nsummer books will be due by September 10th. Current 8th grade students can
\nreturn books to the High School Library. Happy reading!<\/p>\n

\nLIBRARY BOOKS DUE! Please check your lockers, bedrooms, backpacks, etc. for
\nany library books and return them to the Library Media Center ASAP to avoid
\nfines. A fine will be added to your account for any books that are not
\nreturned by June 2. Thank you for your help!<\/p>\n

\nA Note from Mrs. Fischer: Thanks to a very generous donation, we have
\nseveral brand new, perfect condition travel colored pencil sets to give
\naway to student artists! These travel art sets were donated by the family
\nof a Falls student. Would you like to win one? Stop in the art room THIS
\nWEEK (by Friday, June 2) and put your name in the hat to win! Winners will
\nbe chosen next week Monday.<\/p>\n

Diversity Club -We will be Celebrating the end of the school year next
\nMonday, June 5th! If you have been to any of the Diversity Club Meetings,
\nplease come and celebrate a successful first year of our club! Celebrations
\nand Observances during the month of June:<\/p>\n

Pride Month- to recognize the impact that LGBTQ+ individuals have had on
\nthe world.<\/p>\n

Loving Day (June 12th)- Marks the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court
\nruling of the 1967 Loving v. Virginia case that legalized interracial
\nmarriage in the United States.<\/p>\n

Juneteenth (June 19th)- Also known as Freedom Day or Emancipation Day,
\nhonors the day in 1865 when slaves in Texas and Louisiana finally heard
\nthey were free, two months after the end of the Civil War. Next Meeting
\nMonday, June 5th in room 226, 3:15-4:30.<\/p>\n

A note from Nurse Deanna Timler: As I complete my first year with the
\nSheboygan Falls School District, I wanted to send out a note of gratitude
\nto all of the families. I truly enjoy working with your children and look
\nforward to many more years to come. Here are a few reminders for the last
\nfew days of school:Students with seasonal allergies: There has been an
\nincrease of health room visits related to seasonal allergy symptoms.
\nPlease remember to have students take allergy medication prior to school to
\nhelp them alleviate allergy symptoms.<\/p>\n

Sunscreen: Many activities are taking place outside this week. Please
\nremind students to apply sunscreen in the morning. We do not have
\nsunscreen at school.<\/p>\n

Medication pick-up: All medications need to be picked up before the end of
\nthe day on Thursday, June 8th. If you would like me to dispose of leftover
\nmedication, please let me know. You can contact me by email at
