We&#8217;re so excited for the warmer weather and spring sports are now underway.<\/p>\n<p>Quarter 3 concludes on Friday, March 21st. We want to thank the SFHS school community for your ongoing support. Your contributions are vital to our school&#8217;s success.<\/p>\n<p>As we transition into Quarter 4, our 9th and 10th graders will participate in the state-mandated PreACT Secure (April 9th) and Forward testing (the week of April 17th). Vote April 1st\" data-v-eb78e425=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><!--]--><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"heading\" data-v-92e49aae=\"\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Single Referendum Question Proposed to Address Critical Needs &amp; School Improvements<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text\" data-v-f497aa24=\"\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">As previously communicated, there will be a single referendum question on the April 1, 2025 ballot addressing the <\/span>most urgent space and critical capital improvement needs at the elementary school and the safety, aging building systems, and outdated, inefficient learning spaces at the high school.<\/p>\n<p>In direct response to voter feedback, the revised facilities plan has been reduced to a not-to-exceed total project cost of $70 million. The School Board has eliminated the second question proposed in November 2024, which included building a new auxiliary gym, new multi-sport field, and new track for $21.5 million. They have also reduced the first question focused on elementary and high school improvements by more than $8 million by removing space for childcare and further prioritizing projects at both buildings.
