With October’s Manufacturing month coming to a close, I would like to encourage both you and your student to examine and explore the numerous career exploration and employment opportunities that are available for our students with our county and state manufacturers. It is my sincere hope that families take advantage of these numerous opportunities our local manufacturers are offering regarding experiences, employment and post-secondary education. I recently attended a career expo for parents and school staff at Sargento and was so impressed by the variety of career opportunities they have to offer. We will be partnering with Kohler\u00a0for the second year in hosting a career expo experience on\u00a0January 12\u00a0for all our freshman students. All parents are invited to attend. We will be posting more information pertaining to the event in December.<\/div>\n

When McKayla and Trevor heard about the 9-11 Memorial Project, they decided they didn’t want to do something typical. Instead, while researching Marcy Borders, a 9-11 survivor, they learned that she was coined the Dust Lady by the media. Immediately, the dust reminded them of the sand in a sandbox. Their search started with not only finding the materials needed, but a recipient for it. After contacting the YMCA’s Little Friends, the sandbox found a home. They even wrote a letter to Ms. Border’s daughter. What a special tribute to a survive who recently passed away!<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Completion of this form will enable your child to continue attending school in the Sheboygan Falls District even though you no longer live within the District boundaries.
