Hello Families,<\/span><\/p>\n

The year is officially off and running!\u00a0 The students and staff have been busy creating relationships with one another and getting acclimated to the curriculum for their new grade level.\u00a0 The transition from the summer schedule to the school schedule isn\u2019t always easy, but the staff have helped make the transition a positive one by practicing the different routines and going over expectations for the school year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Something new this year, that the students have been introduced to, is called a \u201ccitizenship grade.\u201d\u00a0 The students will receive feedback on their report cards around their ability to follow expectations under the three domains of being responsible, respectful, and safe.\u00a0 Each quarter students will receive feedback for each class following this <\/span>rubric<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 The MS is looking forward to working with students and communicating with families about the different traits outlined within the rubric.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Families,<\/span><\/p>\n

The School District of Sheboygan Falls is a big point of pride in our community. With our promise to <\/span>Expect the Exceptional <\/span><\/em>at the forefront, we strive to be a School District of choice. At the same time, we have a series of facility-related challenges that we must address soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past two years, the Board of Education has been evaluating the District\u2019s facility needs and investigating possible solutions. This work is part of the District\u2019s long-range facility planning process.<\/span><\/p>\n

On <\/span>Tuesday, November 5th, 2024<\/span><\/strong>, our community will vote on two proposed capital referendum questions. If they are approved, the District will move forward making key facility improvements at both our Elementary School and High School.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question #1<\/span><\/strong> asks voters to approve general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $78.3 million. These funds would go toward Elementary and High School improvement projects, including:<\/span><\/p>\n
