The Sheboygan
\nFalls High<\/span> <\/span>School Varsity Dance Team will be
\nhosting its popular Future Falcons Dance Mini-Camp on Friday, Feb. 16.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The mini-camp
\nis an opportunity for dancers in grades 1-8 to learn a routine with the SFHS
\ndance team and then perform with them during halftime of the Falcons\u2019 home
\nbasketball game against Roncalli. Participants will receive a T-shirt and poms.
\nDinner and a snack will be provided. The cost is $25 in advance or $30 at the
\ndoor. Cash and checks will be accepted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nforms are available at Sheboygan Falls Elementary School, Sheboygan Falls
\nMiddle School, Sheboygan Falls High School, Sheboygan Falls YMCA and Sheboygan

\nfrom the Lakeshore Community Healthcare, School Dental Program!\u00a0 This
\ndental program was utilized this past Fall in the Sheboygan Falls School
\nDistrict.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lakeshore
\nCommunity Healthcare (LCHC) and the Sheboygan Falls School District have
\npartnered together to provide a dental clinic in the elementary,
\nmiddle,\u00a0and high schools.\u00a0 This school program offers x-rays,
\ncleanings, exams, fillings, sealants and other dental services as needed, for
\nall students in the district who are NOT already established with another
\ndentist.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

LCHC
\naccepts private insurance and Medicaid\/Badgercare. Help is available for those
\nstudents not covered by a dental insurance plan.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If
\nyou would like your child to take advantage of this opportunity, please
\ncomplete and return our bright green registration forms available in the school
\noffices or from the school nurses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We
\nplan to return for our clinic with the Sheboygan Falls schools starting the
\nweek of\u00a0March 19th.\u00a0 Please return completed forms\u00a0to your
\nchild\u2019s teacher or to the school\u2019s main office\u00a0by March 1, 2017.\u00a0 If

\nschool year, your student(s) can continue attending school in Sheboygan
\nFalls.\u00a0 <\/span>Please contact your building
\noffice or the district office to receive DPI Form PI-9419-B, Request for
\nTuition Waiver Due to Move Form.\u00a0
\n<\/span>Completion of this form will enable your child to continue attending
\nschool in the Sheboygan Falls District even though you no longer live within
\nthe District boundaries.\u00a0 <\/span>Please call
