Hello from the
\nLakeshore Community Healthcare, School Dental Program!\u00a0 This dental
\nprogram was utilized this past Fall in the Sheboygan Falls School District.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lakeshore
\nCommunity Healthcare (LCHC) and the Sheboygan Falls School District have
\npartnered together to provide a dental clinic in the elementary,
\nmiddle,\u00a0and high schools.\u00a0 This school program offers x-rays, cleanings,
\nexams, fillings, sealants and other dental services as needed, for all students
\nin the district who are NOT already established with another dentist.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

LCHC accepts
\nprivate insurance and Medicaid\/Badgercare. Help is available for those students
\nnot covered by a dental insurance plan.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you would like
\nyour child to take advantage of this opportunity, please complete and return
\nour bright green registration forms available in the school offices or from the
\nschool nurses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n2018 from 5:00 until approximately 8:00 pm in the elementary cafeteria. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
