This Thursday, September 11, there will be an Open House\/Orientation for 1st and 3rd grades. \u00a0First grade is from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Third grade is from 6:00-6:30 p.m. <\/span><\/p>\n

Picture Re-Takes will be on\u00a0<\/span>Friday, September 12,<\/span> beginning at approximately\u00a0<\/span>8:30 am<\/span>. <\/span>We did not receive a large quantity of retake photo envelopes. \u00a0Envelopes will be available in the office, as needed. Parents can go online at\u00a0<\/span>www.inter-state.com<\/a><\/span><\/a>\u00a0to order pictures using this online order code for SFES 360283. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

UW-Sheboygan will again be offering AFTER SCHOOL SPANISH on Thursdays beginning\u00a0<\/span>Oct. 2 from 3:05-4:05<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in the elementary school. \u00a0Children in grades Kindergarten- 5th grade will have fun learning the basics of beginning Spanish. \u00a0If you are interested in signing your child\/children up the cost is $59 for 6 sessions. \u00a0You can request a pamphlet from your child's teacher or stop in the Elementary School office and pick one\u00a0up. \u00a0Your payment and registration is due to the office by\u00a0<\/span>Sept. 17th<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Youth Basketball programs<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Girls\u00a01st-4th\u00a0Grade\u00a0Basketball<\/span><\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0The\u00a01st-4th\u00a0grade program\u00a0runs\u00a0on Saturday\u00a0mornings from\u00a08:00-9:00am,\u00a0November 1st-November 22nd\u00a0in the Elementary Gym.\u00a0 Varsity Head Coach\u00a0LeRoy\u00a0Hamilton, assistant coaches, and members of the girls\u00a0basketball\u00a0team will be leading the instruction.\u00a0 The cost is $10 for SF Residents and $15 for Non-Residents and includes a Falcon\u00a0Basketball\u00a0t-shirt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rec Department to offer Zumba and Yoga<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The Rec Department will be offering two fitness classes this fall. \u00a0A drop-in Zumba class will be held at Rochester Park starting on September 16th\u00a0and a Gentle\/Restorative yoga class will be held at Midwest Power Yoga in downtown Sheboygan Falls beginning on\u00a0October 21st. \u00a0More information can be found online at:\u00a0http:\/\/www.sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us\/recdept\/adult-enrichment-exercise.cfm<\/a><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

REMINDERS – STUDENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Unless a parent or guardian needs to come into the building to meet with a staff member, they should not bring their children into the building. To help students learn independence, they need to line up and enter with the other students.<\/span><\/p>\n

Students who are being picked up after school are dismissed at the northeast atrium Door #1<\/i><\/b>. This is the pick-up\/drop off circle.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Remember that if you are going to get out of your car to pick up your child, you cannot park in the drop off circle. At no time will students be allowed to cross a street or walk through a parking lot without an adult.<\/b> When students are dropped off in the morning, they are expected to walk to the playground on the outside sidewalks. They should not go through the building to get to the playground.<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n


<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Please do not park on either side of the road directly in front of school.\u00a0 The front parking lot on the west side of the building, near the pick-up lane, should be used for parents picking up their children.\u00a0 At no time should children be left unattended in the parking lot or to cross the street.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
