The Third Annual SFMS Craft & Vendor Fair,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>sponsored by SFMS Student Council,\u00a0is being held in the middle school gym on Saturday, December 6 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.\u00a0 The gym is packed with vendors and we've filled the lobby too.\u00a0 Besides over 40 crafters\/vendors, the high school culinary dept. is providing homemade concessions for breakfast and lunch.\u00a0 Admission is free, so when you're out for Main Street Memories, come and join us for some great shopping at the middle school!<\/span><\/p>\n

PARENTS<\/span><\/b> \u2013 WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENERGIZED PEOPLE WANTING TO WORK AS SUBS IN\u00a0ALL THE KITCHENS. PLEASE CONTACT AMY LAWRENCE AT 467-7880 IF INTERESTED.<\/span><\/p>\n

Box Tops Contest<\/i><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Your child\u2019s classroom is collecting Box Tops for Education in an effort to raise money for our school. This year our goal is to raise $5,500 to fund PTO events. The contest starts November 17th<\/sup> and ends December 12th<\/sup>. The winning classroom will receive a pizza party! Good Luck!<\/span><\/p>\n

We have an unexpected cold snap coming, which has caught many of us off-guard!\u00a0 Please be sure to dig out those winter coats, mittens, and hats for\u00a0tomorrow's\u00a0weather.\u00a0 When the temperature is above zero, we plan to play outdoors and we want everyone to be comfortable during our learning breaks. REMINDERS – STUDENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Unless a parent or guardian needs to come into the building to meet with a staff member, they should not bring their children into the building. To help students learn independence, they need to line up and enter with the other students.<\/span><\/p>\n

Students who are being picked up after school are dismissed at the northeast atrium Door #1<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the pick-up\/drop off circle.\u00a0 Remember that if you are going to get out of your car to pick up your child, you cannot park in the drop off circle. At no time will students be allowed to cross a street or walk through a parking lot without an adult.<\/b> When students are dropped off in the morning, they are expected to walk to the playground on the outside sidewalks. They should not go through the building to get to the playground.<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please do not park on either side of the road directly in front of school.\u00a0 The front parking lot on the west side of the building, near the pick-up lane, should be used for parents picking up their children.\u00a0 At no time should children be left unattended in the parking lot or to cross the street.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
