HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

October 21, 2024<\/p>\n

\nAnyone who received an NHS application: They are due to the counseling
\noffice in one week – Monday, October 21st by 3:30 pm! You also need two
\nteacher recommendations in by that date as well, so make sure your teachers
\nhave handed in your recommendations. Any questions, see Mrs. Franklin in
\nroom A104.<\/p>\n

Pickleball has been moved to Monday, October 21st from 6pm-8pm. Please
\nemail Ms. Kuehne or speak to her to confirm your attendance. Everyone is
\nwelcome to sign up with a partner!<\/p>\n

Music Boosters’ Kringle, Cookie Dough and Caan\u2019s order forms and payments
\nare due on Monday, 10\/21. Please turn them into Mr. Beekhuizen or Mr.
\nWojciehowski.<\/p>\n

Attention students! We will have several visitors coming up again! On Tuesday,
\nOctober 22 we will have a rep from UW Oshkosh in the Counseling Office
\nduring SOAR, as well as our LTC Start College Now rep. On Wednesday,
\nOctober 23, a rep from Lakeland University will be in the Counseling Office
\nduring SOAR, and then on Thursday, October 24 we will have a rep from
\nLawrence University in the Counseling Office during SOAR. Mrs. Groth will
\nsend out a Google Form for each of these visits! Please feel free to sign
\nup for any\/all of the visits! On Wednesday, October 23, our Youth
\nApprenticeship rep, Kaise, will be back again meeting with YA students. We
\nwill be requesting students for her visit. If you do not get requested
\nthis week, she will be back again next week to meet with the rest of the YA
\nstudents.<\/p>\n

Attention Boys Basketball Players – Anyone interested in playing basketball
\nthis year, please attend the short Boys Basketball meeting after school on
\nThursday in the cafeteria? The meeting will start after school at 3:30pm.<\/p>\n

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please reach out to Coach Korff by
\nemailing him your information – ckorff@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a><\/p>\n

Do you like to volunteer and enjoy working with people? You should join Key
\nClub! It’s not too late to join. Please email Ms. Jarosch and she will sign
\nyou up!<\/p>\n

Volunteer opportunities for NHS and Key Club students:<\/p>\n

SF Dance Invite 2024 Saturday, November 9th – We would love for any
\nvolunteers 14-18 to choose to work either as a concessions worker in the
\ncafeteria, score sheet runners, cafeteria cleaners or bake sale table
\nmonitor.<\/p>\n

\nbe due 12\/20 (the Friday before winter break). They are available for

Students! Be part of history! The 100th anniversary yearbook is available
\nfor purchase now at yearbookforever.com. The price increases from $50 to
\n$55 on 12\/1 and from $55 to $60 on 4\/12.<\/p>\n

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA UPDATES<\/p>\n

If any parents, friends, or family are interested in volunteering at SFHS
\nFBLA Regional Leadership Competition, please reach out to Ms. Kuehne (
\nkrkuehne@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>). We are looking for adults to judge
\npresentation events and volunteers to support FBLA members during
\nconcessions and lunch service<\/p>\n
