HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

November 19, 2024<\/p>\n

Attention students! We have more visitors coming to SFHS! On Tuesday,
\nNovember 19 our US Coast Guard Recruiter will be here during lunches
\noutside the cafeteria. On Tuesday, November 19 we will have our LTC Start
\nCollege Now Rep in the Counseling Office during SOAR, and on Wednesday,
\nNovember 20 a rep from Lakeland University will be in the Counseling office
\nduring SOAR. Finally, on Thursday, November 21 and Friday, November 22,
\nour Youth Apprenticeship Rep will be in the Counseling Office during SOAR
\nboth of those days.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Groth will send out Google Forms for both college visits and both YA
\nvisits.<\/p>\n

Senior shirts will be sold during lunches Monday, November 18 through
\nFriday, November 22. They are $15. You can pay in cash or checks (made out
\nto the School District of Sheboygan Falls). See Ms. Enright with any
\nquestions.<\/p>\n

All current NHS applicants and members – the NHS induction is November
\n25th, 2024 at 6 pm and should last around 1 hour. Please save the date!
\nAnyone in NHS – new and old members, please pick up your invitation to the
\ninduction ASAP in Mrs. Franklin’s room.<\/p>\n

\nReminder to all Key Club students – please make sure to pay your dues by
\nNovember 22. See your email for more details.<\/p>\n

Financial Aid Information Night – If you plan on attending any college or
\nuniversity in the next few years, a speaker coming for both parents and
\nstudents to talk about the financial aid process and how to apply. Students
\nare strongly encouraged to attend with parents as all FAFSA information
\nwill directly apply to them.<\/p>\n

FAFSA Information Night – Monday, December 2 @ 6pm in the HS Auditorium<\/p>\n

FFA members: Fruit sale forms are due Tuesday, November 19 to Ms. Hand.
\nPlease turn in your money with your form!<\/p>\n

The Fishing club will be meeting in the Library Monday December 9th
\nstarting at 6pm. Anyone looking to join including students, parents, and
\nstaff are welcome to attend. We will be taking orders for our rod building
\nalong with talking about our ice fishing and Canada fishing trip this
\nsummer. Equipment can be supplied for most if not all of our outings.<\/p>\n

Senior photos are due 1\/3\/25 (the Friday after we come back from winter
\nbreak). Please submit them to Ms. Covert via email
\nacovert@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a><\/p>\n

If your parent\/guardian is interested in purchasing a senior ad, ads will
\nbe due 12\/20 (the Friday before winter break). They are available for
\npurchase on yearbookforever.com<\/p>\n

Students! Be part of history! The 100th anniversary yearbook is available
\nfor purchase now at yearbookforever.com. The price increases from $50 to
\n$55 on 12\/1 and from $55 to $60 on 4\/12.<\/p>\n

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA UPDATES<\/p>\n

If any parents, friends, or family are interested in volunteering at SFHS
\nFBLA Regional Leadership Competition, please reach out to Ms. Kuehne (
\nkrkuehne@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>). We are looking for adults to judge
\npresentation events and volunteers to support FBLA members during
\nconcessions and lunch service<\/p>\n

JV\/V – Girls Basketball (H) vs Grafton 5:45 \/ 7:00 pm<\/p>\n

On November 26th during the boys basketball game at Kohler High School, we
\nwill be celebrating Joe Wolf’s life. This will be a legendary tribute to
\nJoe, and will include special promotions, giveaways, and a celebration
\nprogram following the JV game. We anticipate this being a sold out event,
\nand we will be starting the ticket presale on Monday November 11th in the
