HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

December 2, 2024<\/p>\n

Attention students! Here are our upcoming visitors! On Tuesday, December 3,
\nour LTC Start College Now Rep will be in the Counseling Office during SOAR
\nto meet with any students with questions or who just want to learn more
\nabout taking a Start College Now course. If you think you might want to
\ntake a Start College Now class next year, now is the time to start learning
\nabout those courses, as the deadline to sign up for next fall (September
\n2025) will be March 2025. Mrs. Groth will send out Google Forms for both
\nLTC visits. And finally, on Thursday, December 5 our US Coast Guard
\nRecruiter will be at SFHS during lunches outside the cafeteria.<\/p>\n

\nFinancial Aid Information Night – If you plan on attending any college or
\nuniversity in the next few years, a speaker coming for both parents and
\nstudents to talk about the financial aid process and how to apply. Students
\nare strongly encouraged to attend with parents as all FAFSA information
\nwill directly apply to them.<\/p>\n

FAFSA Information Night – Monday, December 2 @ 6pm in the HS Auditorium<\/p>\n

FFA Members: The FFA Christmas Party is on Monday, December 2nd at 7:00 pm.
\nPizza and games will be provided!<\/p>\n

SFHS FBLA Volunteering Opportunity!<\/p>\n

Are you a great gift wrapper? Do you want to help to spread holiday cheer!
\nConsider helping Sheboygan Falls FBLA with their annual gift wrapping for
\ngood during the Sheboygan Local Yokel. This event will be on December 14th,
\nfrom 11:30am-5:00pm at Green Bicycle Co. (1117 N 8th St, Sheboygan, WI
\n53081). Please reach out to Ms. Kuehne (krkuehne@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>)
\nto sign up.<\/p>\n

The Fishing club will be meeting in the Library Monday December 9th
\nstarting at 6pm. Anyone looking to join including students, parents, and
\nstaff are welcome to attend. We will be taking orders for our rod building
\nalong with talking about our ice fishing and Canada fishing trip this
\nsummer. Equipment can be supplied for most if not all of our outings.<\/p>\n

Senior photos are due 1\/3\/25 (the Friday after we come back from winter
\nbreak). Please submit them to Ms. Covert via email
\nacovert@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a><\/p>\n

If your parent\/guardian is interested in purchasing a senior ad, ads will
\nbe due 12\/20 (the Friday before winter break). They are available for
\npurchase on yearbookforever.com<\/p>\n

Students! Be part of history! The 100th anniversary yearbook is available
\nfor purchase now at yearbookforever.com. The price increases from $50 to
\n$55 on 12\/1 and from $55 to $60 on 4\/12.<\/p>\n

FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA UPDATES<\/p>\n

If any parents, friends, or family are interested in volunteering at SFHS
\nFBLA Regional Leadership Competition, please reach out to Ms. Kuehne (
\nkrkuehne@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>). We are looking for adults to judge
\npresentation events, and volunteers to support FBLA members during
