HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

September 12, 2025<\/p>\n

\nParking passes can be picked up in the High School office on Monday,
\nSeptember 8th. You can pick them up Before School – During Lunch – After
\nSchool!<\/p>\n

Vehicles without parking passes will be ticketed starting the week of
\nSeptember 8th!<\/p>\n

\nAny 10th or 11th grade student that wants to take the PSAT, please sign up
\nin the counseling office or email Mr. Koepsell. The purpose of the PSAT is
\nto take an online standardized test that will be similar to the ACT and
\ngive you some extra practice before the ACT. There are only 25 spots
\navailable. The cost is $18. Let Mr. Koepsell know if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

Homecoming!!! Guest Passes may be picked up starting September 3rd. They
\nmust be returned by September 19th!<\/p>\n

\nFFA members: The first meeting is September 15 at 7:00 pm in Ms. Hand’s
\nclassroom. Pick up a FFA membership form from Ms. Hand’s classroom door.
\nJoin the FFA Team Reach with code sfhsffa25<\/p>\n

\nRed Cross Blood Drive: All community members and students 16+ (in good
\nacademic standing) are welcome to donate blood at the SFHS September 18th
\nBlood Drive from 9 am – 2 pm in the high school gym! This is a great
\nopportunity to support student scholarships and increase blood donations
\nacross our region! Please consider signing up using this link.

\u00a1Vamos a Guatemala! Last chance to sign up! Students interested in
\ntravelling to Guatemala this Summer(9 months from now) should contact their
\nSpanish teacher ASAP.<\/p>\n

Yearbooks are on sale now for $50. Head over to yearbookforever.com to
\norder today. Prices will slowly increase throughout the year, so make sure
\nto snag a book now for the lowest price.<\/p>\n

Didn’t get a yearbook last year? We still have copies available for
\npurchase for $60. Please see Mrs. Mett (room A209) if interested in
\npurchasing a book from the 2024-2025 school year.<\/p>\n

\nSenior Photo Deadline: Friday, December 19, 2025<\/p>\n

Submission details:<\/p>\n

Option 1: We prefer a high-quality digital image. Your image should be a
\njpeg image that is at least 300 pixels per inch. This image will be placed
\nin a vertical format (2\u201dx3\u201d) in the yearbook. Submit your photo to
\namett@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a><\/p>\n

Option 2: If you are taking your own digital image, please follow the
\nspecifications above. Please submit a high-quality digital image, not a
\nprinted image.<\/p>\n

Option 3: If you are unable to submit a photograph, one of the yearbook
\neditors will be able to take your senior\u2019s photo for use in the yearbook at
\nno charge. We are limited to the areas around the school building for
\nbackdrops. Please let Mrs. Mett know as soon as possible if you are going
\nto choose this option.<\/p>\n

\nLakeshore Community Health Care\u2019s School Dental Program is once again
\noffering their services within Sheboygan County. As we prepare for our
\nupcoming school year, I wanted to take the opportunity to share what our
\nprogram is all about. Lakeshore Community Health Care offers dental
\nservices to families regardless of insurance or ability to pay. The School
\nDental program is not a free of charge program. We use the same process as
\nin our clinic in that students with no insurance are eligible for a sliding
\ndiscount based on the family size\/income.<\/p>\n

Our services range from oral hygiene instruction, routine exams and
\ncleanings, x-rays, fillings, simple extractions, stainless steel crowns and
\nbaby root canals. Students are seen throughout the school day for an
\naverage appointment time of 45min. Our goal is to have each child seen for
\ntheir cleaning, x-ray and exam. If additional treatment is needed, they
\nwill be asked to return until treatment is complete or until our scheduled
\nvisit has ended. The small inconvenience this creates comes with a great
\nreward. Children are having treatment completed in a week span that would
\nnormally take months. Families also no longer having to take time off from
\nwork or pull students out of school for appointments. We are providing all
\nstudents with access to care.<\/p>\n

Falcon Gear Sale<\/p>\n

We will once again be having an apparel garage sale. We are beginning to
\ncollect any Sheboygan Falls Falcon apparel that you or your child no longer
\nneed or wear. There will be a collection bin in the school office
\nthroughout the year that you or your child may use to drop off items and
\nalso a bin at our JV and varsity home volleyball and basketball games. Our
\nhope is to have enough items to sell at one youth boys basketball game and
\none youth girls basketball game this year. Dates are TBD. This is a great
\nopportunity to clean out your closets and get some new-to-you items! All
\nproceeds from donated items will go towards updating and maintaining the
\nconcession stands. THANKS SO MUCH!<\/p>\n
