HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

\nPICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT<\/p>\n

Wednesday, October 8th beginning at 6pm<\/p>\n

-Everyone is welcome to join<\/p>\n

-Email Ms. Kuehne to sign up with players and team name<\/p>\n

-$5 entry free per team<\/p>\n

-Prizes for 1st and 2nd place<\/p>\n

Attention any students who are interested in participating in our first
\nmath contest of the year: The first contest is at Lakeland University on
\nOctober 20th, 2025 at 5:30 pm. The cost to you is $0.00. This is a team
\nevent, so we need you – especially underclassmen. I need to know how many
\nare interested by October 10th. Please see Mrs. Franklin ASAP or email her
\nat mafranklin@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>. Any interested math team\/club
\nmembers should come to our first meeting on October 9th during club time to
\ndiscuss the first competition. Look for the club in the drop-down menu
\nnext Monday when you sign up for clubs.<\/p>\n

Attention students! We have lots of visitors coming again! On Monday,
\nOctober 6 from 10:00-10:45 AM a rep from St. Norbert College will be in the
\nCounseling Office. Because this is not a SOAR time, ONLY students who have
\na study hall, work or YA release, or a class where the teacher will allow
\nyou to miss part of the class, will be able to do this visit. Mrs. Groth
\nwill send out a Google Form for the visit. Also on Monday, October 6, the
\nUS Army recruiter will make his first visit of the school year to our
\nschool during lunches outside the cafeteria. On Wednesday, October 8, we
\nwill have 2 visitors during SOAR in the Counseling office-a rep from UW
\nPlatteville, and a rep from UW Madison. Please see your email to get signed
\nup for either of these visits.<\/p>\n

Every math student at SFHS is required to have a graphing calculator. If
\nyour student does not have one yet, you can buy them at retail stores like
\nWalmart, Target, etc… or Amazon for $100 – $120. Please buy a TI 83 or
\n84. You can also rent one from the school for $35 and get the rental fee
\nback when the calculator is handed in at the end of the year. Please make
\nsure your student has a graphing calculator. Email Michele Franklin at

\n\u00a1Vamos a Guatemala! Last chance to sign up! Students interested in
\ntravelling to Guatemala this Summer(9 months from now) should contact their
\nSpanish teacher ASAP.<\/p>\n

\nYearbooks are on sale now for $50. Head over to yearbookforever.com to
\norder today. Prices will slowly increase throughout the year, so make sure
\nto snag a book now for the lowest price.<\/p>\n

Didn’t get a yearbook last year? We still have copies available for
\npurchase for $60. Please see Mrs. Mett (room A209) if interested in
\npurchasing a book from the 2024-2025 school year.<\/p>\n
