HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

October 15, 2025<\/p>\n

Attention students! We will have a visitor coming on Thursday, October 16
\nduring SOAR-a rep from UW Oshkosh! If you are interested in learning more
\nabout UWO, or have some questions for the rep, please see your emails from
\nMrs. Groth and get signed up!<\/p>\n

Mrs. Franklin has received two graphing calculators with no names on them
\nthat have been lost in classrooms. Please see Mrs. Franklin if you lost
\nyour graphing calculator. You would need to provide details about what
\nthey look like to her, as well as what kind they are, as there are no names
\non them anywhere.<\/p>\n

Junior & Senior Students and Parents: If you are interested in finding out
\nmore about financial aid planning for any type of college after high
\nschool, please attend the Financial Aid Planning Night on Monday, October
\n27th at 6:00pm in the HS auditorium.<\/p>\n

Attention those applying for the National Honor Society: Your teacher
\nrecommendations are due by October 20th, 2025 as well as your application.
\nI have only received a handful of teacher recommendations so far. Please
\nmake sure you get those to the two teachers ASAP so they have time to fill
\nthem out before the deadline.<\/p>\n

\nThe Music Boosters are having their Annual Kringle, Cookie Dough and Caan’s
\nFundraiser!<\/p>\n

The sale starts Monday, October 6.<\/p>\n

Orders are due Monday, October 20.<\/p>\n

Order pick-up is Thursday, November 20.<\/p>\n

Note similar to last year, all profits will be allocated to student
\naccounts.<\/p>\n

SALES ORDERS HAVE BEEN EMAILED TO FAMILIES FROM CHOIR AND BAND DIRECTORS.

\nAttention any students who are interested in participating in our first
\nmath contest of the year: The first contest is at Lakeland University on
\nOctober 20th, 2025 at 5:30 pm. The cost to you is $0.00. This is a team
\nevent, so we need you – especially underclassmen. I need to know how many
\nare interested by October 10th. Please see Mrs. Franklin ASAP or email her
\nat mafranklin@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>. Any interested math team\/club
\nmembers should come to our first meeting on October 9th during club time to
\ndiscuss the first competition. Look for the club in the drop-down menu
\nnext Monday when you sign up for clubs.<\/p>\n

\nYearbooks are on sale now for $50. Head over to yearbookforever.com to
\norder today. Prices will slowly increase throughout the year, so make sure
\nto snag a book now for the lowest price.<\/p>\n

Didn’t get a yearbook last year? We still have copies available for
\npurchase for $60. Please see Mrs. Mett (room A209) if interested in
\npurchasing a book from the 2024-2025 school year.<\/p>\n

Sports Announcements:<\/p>\n

All boys and girls interested in wrestling or being a manager for wrestling
\nthis year, we will have an informational meeting on Thursday, October 16th
\nduring Clubs SOAR time in the auditorium. Please sign up under Mr. Knecht’s
\nSOAR.<\/p>\n

Attention baseball players – There will be a sign up meeting for all
\ninterested students on Thursday, October 23rd during the clubs\/activities
\nperiod. We will be meeting in A142 (Ms. Todd’s room). Among other things we
\nwill discuss the open gym timeline and the new personalized jerseys for
\nthis upcoming season.<\/p>\n

Any boys interested in playing basketball this year please stop in the High
\nSchool office to sign up. There will be a meeting Thursday, October 16th during
\nclubs. Sign up under Mr. Berlin.<\/p>\n

Any girls interested in playing Soccer in the spring, there will be an
\ninformational meeting Thursday, October 16th. Sign up under Mrs. Spielvogel.<\/p>\n

The Meca Sportswear representative will be at Sheboygan Falls High School<\/p>\n

on Monday, October 20th to take orders for Letter Jackets.<\/p>\n

Jackets can be ordered between 11:00 \u2013 12:45 outside of the cafeteria.<\/p>\n

Students ordering jackets should bring any patches or award letters they<\/p>\n

would like to have sewn on their jacket on order day.<\/p>\n

A $175.00 deposit is required on order day.<\/p>\n

Please make checks payable to Meca Sportswear. Credit cards are also
\nacceptable.<\/p>\n

The Girls Basketball team is looking for a manager this season. The first
\npractice is on November 10th after school. Please contact Mr. Houwers at
