HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n

October 20, 2025<\/p>\n

Attention students! We will have a busy week coming up with visitors!
\nOn Tuesday,
\nOctober 21, a rep from UW Whitewater will be in the Counseling Office
\nduring first lunch. You may attend this visit if you have 1st lunch or a
\nclass where the teacher will allow you to come for the visit. Please fill
\nout the appropriate Google Form for this visit, and Mrs. Groth will then
\nput passes in for the students who sign up. On Wednesday, October 22, our
\nLTC rep will be here to meet with any current Start College Now students,
\nstudents who want to learn more about Start College Now courses, and also
\nany seniors who are considering going to LTC after high school and want to
\nlearn more about programs offered. We will have a rep in the Counseling
\nOffice during SOAR on Thursday, October 23 from Concordia University.
\nPlease see your email to get signed up for either of these visits. Finally,
\nalso on Thursday, October 23, our Youth Apprenticeship rep will be in the
\nCounseling Office during SOAR. If you are currently in Youth
\nApprenticeship and have not met with Kaise yet in October, you will want to
\nget signed up for this visit. It is a YA requirement to meet with Kaise
\neach month. To get signed up, look for Mr. Koepsell’s SOAR for Thursday,
\nOctober 23, and just sign up!<\/p>\n

The first 10 students to sign up will be able to come.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Franklin has received two graphing calculators with no names on them
\nthat have been lost in classrooms. Please see Mrs. Franklin if you lost
\nyour graphing calculator. You would need to provide details about what
\nthey look like to her, as well as what kind they are, as there are no names
\non them anywhere.<\/p>\n

Attention those applying for the National Honor Society: Your teacher
\nrecommendations are due by October 20th, 2025 as well as your application.
\nI have only received a handful of teacher recommendations so far. Please
\nmake sure you get those to the two teachers ASAP so they have time to fill
\nthem out before the deadline.<\/p>\n

The Music Boosters are having their Annual Kringle, Cookie Dough and Caan’s
\nFundraiser!<\/p>\n

The sale starts Monday, October 6.<\/p>\n

Orders are due Monday, October 20.<\/p>\n

Order pick-up is Thursday, November 20.<\/p>\n

Note similar to last year, all profits will be allocated to student
\naccounts.<\/p>\n

SALES ORDERS HAVE BEEN EMAILED TO FAMILIES FROM CHOIR AND BAND DIRECTORS.

\nJunior & Senior Students and Parents: If you are interested in finding out
\nmore about financial aid planning for any type of college after high
\nschool, please attend the Financial Aid Planning Night on Monday, October
\n27th at 6:00pm in the HS auditorium.<\/p>\n

\nYearbooks are on sale now for $50. Head over to yearbookforever.com to
\norder today. Prices will slowly increase throughout the year, so make sure
\nto snag a book now for the lowest price.<\/p>\n

Didn’t get a yearbook last year? We still have copies available for
\npurchase for $60. Please see Mrs. Mett (room A209) if interested in
\npurchasing a book from the 2024-2025 school year.<\/p>\n

Sports Announcements:<\/p>\n

Attention baseball players – There will be a sign up meeting for all
\ninterested students on Thursday, October 23rd during the clubs\/activities
\nperiod. We will be meeting in A142 (Ms. Todd’s room). Among other things we
\nwill discuss the open gym timeline and the new personalized jerseys for
\nthis upcoming season.<\/p>\n

The Meca Sportswear representative will be at Sheboygan Falls High School<\/p>\n

on Monday, October 20th to take orders for Letter Jackets.<\/p>\n

Jackets can be ordered between 11:00 \u2013 12:45 outside of the cafeteria.<\/p>\n

Students ordering jackets should bring any patches or award letters they<\/p>\n

would like to have sewn on their jacket on order day.<\/p>\n

A $175.00 deposit is required on order day.<\/p>\n

Please make checks payable to Meca Sportswear. Credit cards are also
\nacceptable.<\/p>\n

The Girls Basketball team is looking for a manager this season. The first
\npractice is on November 10th after school. Please contact Mr. Houwers at
