Each day we will have a different theme that will include tips to
\nhelp us Stress less! Today is Mental Health Monday! We need to remember
\nthat Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Just like we
\ntake care of our bodies by exercising and eating healthy, we need to take
\ncare of our minds. Some things we can do to have better mental health are
\ntake care of yourself, do things to help yourself relax or do things that
\nyou enjoy. Sometimes just taking time out for yourself can make a big
\ndifference in your mental health! Try to do something for yourself today
\nand you may find that it helps you to stress less!<\/p>\n
*Any student interested in taking an AP exam* please sign up in the
\ncounseling office by Friday, March 3rd. In
\ncomparison, an average African family uses only 5 gallons of water per day
\nand they must travel for miles every morning to obtain it, and still it
\nisn’t promised that it is safe for them. Over 40 billion work hours are
\nlost each year in Africa to the need to fetch drinking water. There will
\nbe a table set up during lunch with jars in which you can donate your extra
\nchange and vote for two teachers to be soaked with water.
