John B, Camryn M, Molly P, Grace R, and Paige S,

Tomorrow is our 4th and final Wednesday dress-up day for National Bullying
Awareness Month. The theme is “Give Peace a Chance”. To celebrate our
peaceful nature at Falls, we are encouraging students to wear clothing
inspired by the 1960s, like tye-dye clothing! We are proud of the fact
that we have a safe and welcoming school. We choose to be peaceful, kind,
compassionate and respectful to one another! Staff are encouraged to wear
their black anti-bully t-shirts as a symbol of “blacking out” bullying from
our school. Students, if you’d prefer to wear black too, please do. Thank
you to everybody for keeping our school safe and welcoming for all!!

We are looking to borrow 10 or more Rubik Cubes for a potential Veterans
Day presentation. If anyone has one or more we could use until
mid-November, please give them to either Ms. Samse or Mr. Shircel. Thank
you.

Glass bottles are not allowed in class. Plastic bottles only. Also it
should be only water. no monster drinks, energy drinks etc. Thanks

*From the Nurse: *Candy – Everybody love it. But too much candy can be a
bad thing. The sugar in candy leads to cavities, weight gain, and recent
studies link sugar intake to heart disease. So, when you get home after
your trick-or-treat marathon please consider sharing some of that candy
with the troops stationed overseas. Candy will be collected at the
elementary and middle school the week of November 2. Bring all or part of
your candy to the office.
