*Parenting the Love & Logic Way*
Parenting the Love & Logic way is neither permissive nor punitive. Learn
how to discipline your children without losing your cool, and without
losing their love and respect. We’ll teach you how to help your children
develop personal responsibility, self-control and good decision making
skills. You won’t need a complicated reward or punishment system because
you’ll nurture long-term relationships with your children and reinforce
their innate good natures.

*From The Nurse:*
After much study, the updated US Nutritional Guidelines have been
released. In addition to encouraging more vegetables, fruits, and whole
grains it states that Americans need to greatly reduce the amount of sugar
and salt they consume. Make one nutrition-related new year’s resolution
and do you best to stick to it!
