****On 3/11 after the 7:00 pm show we will be striking the set! We will
need all parents to help with this process. Please bring drills and be
ready to help take down the set. It should take less then an hour. Also
student’s lockers will need to be cleaned out. I would suggest bringing a
bag to take everything home in. Lockers will then be left open. Thanks!

March 6 Health tip 2017

Junk Food

You probably know that soda, chips, and candy are not that good for you,
but it may be worse than you thought. Recent research has found that kids
and teens that regularly eat junk food have lower IQ scores than those who
don’t. So next time you reach for a bag of chips or a soda grab and apple
or banana, and a glass of water or milk instead. Your body will thank you
in the future.
