*Immunization Reminder*
Will your child be starting *Kindergarten, 6th grade, high school*, or
even *college
*next fall? If so, they probably require immunization updates. This summer
will be an excellent time to have them visit their healthcare provider for
an exam and to provide the needed vaccines required for school in the fall.
Plan to do it early in the summer to avoid the rush before classes start.
Most insurance policies now cover well child exams and immunizations.
Vaccines are available at a variety of Sheboygan County Locations including
pharmacies, worksite wellness sites and Lakeshore Community Health.
Lakeshore provides vaccinations by appointment for $25/vaccine or free to
those who qualify. Appointments can be made by calling 920-783-6633
Make sure the school gets a copy of their new vaccines so their records can
be updated.
*Now is the time to talk to your provider about the required and
recommended vaccines for your child.*
