Good morning from Ms. Stanke & Mr. U! Today is the 2nd day of National
School Counseling Week. The message today is about your aspirations.
Aspirations are defined as a hope or ambition of achieving something. We
sometimes call them stars – things you are reaching for. Sometimes
aspirations, like stars, can seem so far away that they can’t be touched.
But that doesn’t have to be your reality Aspirations can be anything you
want them to be. A career choice, a personal wellness goal, an academic
goal, anything. If you could list one or two things you would like to
achieve, what would they be? A wise man once said,” Your aspirations are
your possibilities.” If you ever want to chat about your “stars” or
aspirations, feel free to stop by and talk to us. Live with purpose today!
Any 8th grade girls interested in playing soccer as a freshman, there will
be an information meeting in the MS gym lobby on February 6th. You will
meet during your recess time and get information from Coach Fischer.
The Falcon Store will be open for 7th & 8th grade on February 14th and the
28th. Please bring your Falcon Feathers to lunch on those days.
Team pictures of the 7th & 8th grade Girls Basketball Teams and the
Wrestling Team will be taken after school on Monday, Feb. 12th. Coaches
will be distributing the order envelopes.
Trap shooting meeting February 21st at the Club, starting at 6:00 p.m. More
info will be available in the MS office next week.
The Sheboygan Falls High School Varsity Dance Team will be hosting its
popular Future Falcons Dance Mini-Camp on Friday, Feb. 16.
The mini-camp is an opportunity for dancers in grades 1-8 to learn a
routine with the SFHS dance team and then perform with them during halftime
of the Falcons’ home basketball game against Roncalli. Participants will
receive a T-shirt and poms. Dinner and a snack will be provided. The cost
is $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Cash and checks will be accepted.

Sheboygan Falls Middle School, Sheboygan Falls High School, Sheboygan Falls
YMCA and Sheboygan Falls Boys and Girls Club and online at

Flu remains high for most of the U.S., with some areas still rising.
Important things to remember:
· Protect yourself from flu by washing your hands often, especially before
you eat or after you cough or sneeze
· Protect others by staying home
· Seeing a doctor if you are sick
· Covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze
· Do not send your student to school if they have a fever (100.8 or more)
or if you are using medications to cover a fever up.
Remember, it’s not too late to get a flu shot for yourself and for your
child. Are your children up to date on their vaccinations for school?
