first meeting will be held on TODAY AFTER SCHOOL, MONDAY, OCTOBER 27TH,
FROM 3:15-4:15pm IN THE ACTION ROOM.*

Anyone participating in Dance must have all of their forms handed in to the
main office and physical scheduled by the end of today! Also, a reminder
that practice will go until5:30pm this Monday in the annex. This Tuesday we
will begin having practice at our normal time in the cafeteria from 3:30-
5pm. Please see Ms. Stanke if you have any questions. Thank you!

Students: All books need to be in your lockers at the end of the day. The
custodians need to have them picked up for cleaning the floors. Thank you
for your cooperation!

*PTO needs your help! We are currently looking for someone to chair the
Tool Box Program for the 2014-2015 school year. If interested, please

If anybody else wants to sign up for an interaction group with Mr. U, you
can still do so. Find the sign-up sheet on his website or get one from the
office!

*Wellness Tip*

About 85-90% of adult bone mass is acquired by age 18 in girls and age 20
in boys. Building strong bones during childhood and adolescence can help to
prevent osteoporosis a condition where bones become weak. Weak bones are
more likely to break. Students age 9-18 should be drinking three glasses of
milk each day. Put down that soda and grab a milk!
