*Wellness Tip*

A healthy tan is an oxymoron!

Minimize exposure to the sun by:

1. Avoiding exposure to the sun from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

2. Block the sun by wearing clothing

3. Use a #15 or higher sun screen and reapply often.

4. Avoid tanning beds.

The regular use of a sunscreen with a protections factor of 15 or more for
the first 18 years of life reduces the risk of melanoma by 78%.
