to stress less! Each day we will have a different theme that will include
tips to help us Stress less! Today is Mental Health Monday! We need to
remember that Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Just
like we take care of our bodies by exercising and eating healthy, we need
to take care of our minds. Some things we can do to have better mental
health are take care of yourself, do things to help yourself relax or do
things that you enjoy. Sometimes just taking time out for yourself can make
a big difference in your mental health! Try to do something for yourself
today and you may find that it helps you to stress less!
