Student Council bust-up party has been changed to tomorrow, Tues., from
3:15-3:45.

On Recognition Night, Tuesday, June 6th, any 8th grade students who want to
be in the class picture or have pictures taken with friends, should meet at
Settler’s Park at 5:30 sharp! All 8th grade students are invited to attend.

*The Shrine Circus is coming to town: May 30th @ Blue Line Ice Center (
Coupons in MS office)*

*National Police Week: *May 15-19, students please remember to thank
officers for keeping us safe!

Student Appreciation Day is Wednesday, May 17th ~

There will be a sign up sheet in the office for all eighth grade girls
interested in playing high school volleyball in the fall until next Wednesday,
May 17th. Please stop in the office and sign up. We will be having a player
and parent meeting at the end of May to get summer schedules.

*Summer Reading Skills – Online Programs*. Pick up an information sheet in
the library regarding reading programs for the summer! These online classes
range from 4-year-olds to students entering 6th – 8th grade. For more
Information, or to register, call 1-800=964-9974 – or pick up a sheet in
the library.

The Ukulele club will be meeting the Friday during recess in preparation
for the concert May 15th. If you would like to perform on the concert, you
must come to these practices. Thanks

*It’s up to you as Nancy Drew! * Come and have fun helping Nancy solve
cases. It’s not too late to register for June summer school. I will be
running two SmartBoard Nancy Drew classes again this year and there are
many other fun classes available. The course offerings and registration

*Basketball News!!* Sheboygan Falls’ boy’s basketball camp for boys
entering 4th grade through 9th grade is *June 26**th** through June 29**th*.
Learn the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, scoring, and
playing defense from the Sheboygan Falls’ basketball coaching staff and
players. Camp forms are located in the office, you can pick one up from Mr.
Frohling at the middle school, or you can print a form from the rec
department website

With our May concert fast approaching, I have included information in this
memo that will be very helpful in the next coming weeks.

The May concert is planned for May 15, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the High School
Auditorium. Students should plan to arrive at 6:30 pm, and 6th, 7th, and, 8
thgrade choruses report to the cafeteria.

Appropriate dress for this concert will be the following:

Boys: black dress pants, white dress shirt (short or long sleeves), black
socks, and black shoes.

Girls: black dress slacks or black skirt (knee length or longer), white
blouse (sleeves should cover the shoulder), black nylons or tights, black
shoes. Please no belts over shirts for women.

*Presto Show Choir Ladies* – we are going to *wear black* for this
performance.

Thank you for your continued support of the Choral Music Program here at
Sheboygan Falls Middle School. I am looking forward to a wonderful concert.

*ATTENTION MUSICIANS!*

Are you looking to do something musical this summer? Check out the *Lakeland
University Music Camp*! The camp runs from July 23rd – July 29th and it
includes two large choirs, three bands, an orchestra, and three piano
ensembles. Campers also pick their own electives such as Ukulele, Show
Choir, Jazz Band, Dance, Yoga, and many more! For more information, check

*5thGrade Families*

With the beginning of a new season, we are gearing up for our biggest and
brightest summer opportunity: 4-H Summer Camp. Our 4-H Summer Camp is an
excellent opportunity for families and youth to see what 4-H has to offer.
This year we will be holding our 4-H Summer Camp at Upham Woods in
Wisconsin Dells, WI starting on July 15th and ending on July 19th, 2017. Forms
can be picked up in the MS office.

*Health Tip*

Allergies are a physical reaction to substances called allergens that are
otherwise harmless. Symptoms of allergies can range from mild to life
threatening. Unfortunately allergies can not be cured: however, once
identified they can be properly managed to minimize symptoms. Common
symptoms include: congestion, sneezing, itching of the throat, roof of
mouth, nose and eyes. There are many ways to help manage allergies. Speak
to your doctor about your symptoms and options.
