S and Malivon X. Just a reminder, we will have a whiteboard with names
right outside the library door. That board will have the names of students
who have requested books that need to be picked up. The names will ONLY be
on the board for 2 days: and then the books will be re-shelved. If you
have requested books – please check the board daily.*
We were impressed with your anti bullying posters! It was very difficult
for our judges to choose only three winners. We hope that your commitment
to our bully awareness month doesn’t end with just making posters. Don’t
forget about dressing in black on Wednesdays to help us “blackout bullying”
at SFMS and everywhere. And more importantly, commit daily to living the
examples you so perfectly put to paper on your posters (check out that
alliteration!!)! Follow the wise words you used to create those fantastic
creations. Take the time to seek them out around the school and learn from
each one of the posters. And now for the winning posters!! In third
place, Ms. Hake & Ms. Wolf’s combined Falcon Time (located outside room
209). In second place, Anika S & Mrs. Haag’s Falcon Time (located
at the bottom of the ramp going to the 5/6 wing). And in first place,
Mrs. Traas’s Falcon Time (located outside room 114). Congratulations to
our winners as well as everyone else for their fantastic posters!!! Winning
rooms, we will deliver your prizes on Friday!!!
Thank you, Ms. Stanke & Mr. U.
