Attention 8th grade students in Mrs. Fischer’s Art Classes: Friday, May 12,
we will be going on a field trip to the Milwaukee Art Museum. We will
leave around 8:30 and get back around 2:30. We need about 10 adult
chaperones (a parent or grandparent, etc.) for our trip. Parents, if you
are interested, please email Mrs. Fischer so we can hold a spot for you!
Chaperones are free. Background check forms for chaperones are available in
the office or on the district website.

*Board Game Cafe~ Weds. Feb. 22nd.* Pick up your lunch at the start of your
recess/lunch period and come to the ACTION Room.

Mrs. Laura L. Fiorini

*101 Dalmatians Costume**** Info has been posted to the Cast Classroom! *Cast
members and parents should look for what items cast members should be
bringing from home to assist in costuming the play. All items should be
labeled and placed into cast locker by Friday, March 3rd. Contact Mrs.
Fiorini with questions.

Attached to this email is a fundraiser the Sheboygan Falls Wrestling
program has going. It is a teammate card for Buffalo Wild Wings (only good
at the Kohler location). There is no discount for you as a patron, but if
you do eat there, present this card or say you are part of Team K, and any
purchase you make Buffalo Wild Wings will put 10% of the bill towards our
wrestling association. Please feel free to spread the word and the card
with family members or friends.

Thanks for your help!

the school or simply standing up to stretch can offer immediate stress
relief. Getting your blood moving releases endorphins and can improve your
mood. Try to work out or exercise and you may find that it helps you to
stress less! And remember! Tomorrow’s theme is Tranquil Thursday, so wear
your pajamas to help celebrate the theme!

to stress less! Each day we will have a different theme that will include
tips to help us Stress less! Today is Mental Health Monday! We need to
remember that Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Just
like we take care of our bodies by exercising and eating healthy, we need
to take care of our minds. Some things we can do to have better mental
health are take care of yourself, do things to help yourself relax or do
things that you enjoy. Sometimes just taking time out for yourself can make
a big difference in your mental health! Try to do something for yourself
today and you may find that it helps you to stress less!
