SFMS Presents: Matilda, Jr. – March 14-16 The SFMS musical is open to all
\nstudents grades 5-8. The Google Meet parent meeting will be Monday,
\nDecember 18th at 4pm. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, January 2nd. A
\ntypical rehearsal week will be Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri from 3-4:30pm. Cast
\nmembers must be available for all the tech rehearsals (March 11-13) and

The Youth Theatre Company is thrilled to announce open auditions for our
\nupcoming community performance show, “Story Surfin! Stories, songs, and
\nmusic from around the World.” Under the creative direction of Patty and Tim
\nTalen, we are excited to bring together individuals of all ages to create
\nan unforgettable experience for our community.<\/p>\n

Audition Details:<\/p>\n

Where: Plymouth Arts Center Great Room, 520 East Mill Street, Plymouth, WI<\/p>\n

When: Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Monday, January 8, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Who: We invite individuals of all ages (8 years old and beyond) – boys,
\ngirls, middle schoolers, teens, young adults, and older adults – to
\naudition for this intergenerational cast. No preparation is necessary, and
\nwe encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothes for movement. This is a
\nfantastic opportunity to showcase your talents and be part of a
\nfamily-oriented production. Please bring your calendar to auditions to
\ndiscuss availability. We encourage you to share this information with
\nanyone who may be interested, including potential cast members, crew, and
\nmusicians. Your support in spreading the word is invaluable!<\/p>\n

Mark your calendars! The shows are scheduled for May 10-12, so save the
\ndates for what promises to be an enchanting and entertaining production.

CLOSING OF SCHOOLS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER<\/p>\n

As winter approaches, it is again time to make plans for possible school
\nclosings due to inclement weather. The procedures that have been followed
\nby the School District of Sheboygan Falls over the past several years will
\nbe followed again this year.<\/p>\n

This means that any decision to close schools for all or any portion of a
\nschool day will be made as early as possible in order to afford parents the
\nopportunity to make alternate child care or transportation plans. All
\nclosing announcements or early dismissals will be made on the school web
\npage: www.sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a>, an automated school message, and on
\nthe following area radio stations:<\/p>\n

We are also announcing school closings on the following television stations:<\/p>\n

The school district, radio stations and television stations ask that NO
\nindividual phone calls for information be made. With the cooperation of
\neveryone, the information can be relayed via the above sources, allowing
\neveryone to be informed as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

NOTICE TO PARENTS WHO ARE MOVING OUT OF THE DISTRICT<\/p>\n

If you are anticipating a move or moving out of the Sheboygan Falls
\nDistrict during the current school year, your student can continue
\nattending school in the Sheboygan Falls School District. Please contact
\nyour building office, or the district office, to receive DPI Form PI-9419-B
\n– Request for Tuition Waiver Due to Move, for the remainder of the
\n2023-2024 school year. Completion of this form will enable your child to
\ncontinue attending school in the Sheboygan Falls School District, even
\nthough you no longer live within the District boundaries for the remainder
\nof the school year. An Open Enrollment Application will then need to be
\ncompleted between February 5, 2024, and April 30, 2024, for the 2024-2025
