\nParent\/Teacher Conferences: Dear SFMS Families Once again, our SFMS
\nfamilies have the opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss your child\u2019s
\nacademic and social\/emotional progress in school during parent\/teacher
\nconferences. Middle school conferences are scheduled to occur on Thursday,
\nMarch 7th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. All middle school conferences will be 10
\nminutes in length and held either via phone conversation or in person.
\nPlease add your preferences in the comments. You have the option to choose
\nwhich mode is best for your family. To schedule a conference with your
\nchild\u2019s teacher, please click on the link below. Please sign up to meet
\nwith your child’s homeroom teacher and\/or any other teachers who you would
\nlike to discuss concerns with. (For fifth grade students, please select
\nyour child\u2019s homeroom teacher for their scheduled conference.)

Track and field: practice begins April 1st. The season lasts about five
\nweeks. Sign up for 6th, 7th and 8th graders is available in Classlink.

NOTICE TO PARENTS WHO ARE MOVING OUT OF THE DISTRICT<\/p>\n

If you are anticipating a move or moving out of the Sheboygan Falls
\nDistrict during the current school year, your student can continue
\nattending school in the Sheboygan Falls School District. Please contact
\nyour building office, or the district office, to receive DPI Form PI-9419-B
\n– Request for Tuition Waiver Due to Move, for the remainder of the
\n2023-2024 school year. Completion of this form will enable your child to
\ncontinue attending school in the Sheboygan Falls School District, even
\nthough you no longer live within the District boundaries for the remainder
\nof the school year. An Open Enrollment Application will then need to be
\ncompleted between February 5, 2024, and April 30, 2024, for the 2024-2025
