\ndrawing will be at the end of the day on Wednesday October 21st. This will
\ngive you extra time to stop down to see this month\u2019s prizes and get your
\nFalcon Feathers turned in. Teachers – Make sure to pass out those Feathers
\nfor POSITIVE EXPACTED choices! We have new prizes for YOU too!<\/p>\n

Any girls in dance interested in ordering t-shirts let Miss. Zimmer know by
\nthe end of the week so she can get a count of how many she needs to order
\nand the cost. If you have a shirt from last year, they are the same so you
\ndon’t need to order another one. Thank you!<\/p>\n
We are looking to borrow 10 or more rubric cubes for a potential Veterans
\nDay presentation. If anyone has one or more we could use until
\nmid-November, please give them to either Ms. Samse or Mr. Shircel. Thank

The first yearbook meeting will be Monday, October 26th from 3:15-4:15 in
\nroom 211 (Miss Zimmer’s room). Hope to see you all there!!! Meetings will
\nbe every second and fourth Monday of the month.<\/p>\n
Magic Variety Show passes (FREE under 14yrs.) are in the MS office. The
\nshow is at Riverview Middle School in Plymouth on Tuesday, October 20th @
\n6:30pm.<\/p>\n
*Boys Basketball Players:* The start of your season is rapidly
\napproaching. Please sign up in the MS office and make sure all of your
\npaperwork is in order before the first day of practice, Monday October 26th
\n3:30-5, or you get to watch instead of play. We’re looking forward to a
\ngreat season! Coaches Pfister, Bohman, and Schuren<\/p>\n
Conferences for the MS are October 20th from 4-7:30. Please go to the
\nschool district website and under family (in the grey on top) then the
\nfamily resources page is way to the right in the drop down, you will find a
\nlink to sign up for your child\u2019s conferences.<\/p>\n
*From the Nurse: *October is \u201cNational Protect Your Hearing Month.\u201d
\nNoise-induced hearing loss is cumulative, invisible, and permanent. That
\nmeans it gets worse over time and cannot be cured. You may not even notice
\nthat it is happening. The good news is that noise-induced hearing loss is
\n100% preventable. If your ear buds prevent you from hearing what\u2019s going
\non around you, the volume is too loud! Turn down the sound!<\/p>\n
