Tomorrow is our 4th and final Wednesday dress-up day for National Bullying
\nAwareness Month. The theme is \u201cGive Peace a Chance\u201d. To celebrate our
\npeaceful nature at Falls, we are encouraging students to wear clothing
\ninspired by the 1960s, like tye-dye clothing! We are proud of the fact
\nthat we have a safe and welcoming school. We choose to be peaceful, kind,
\ncompassionate and respectful to one another! Staff are encouraged to wear
\ntheir black anti-bully t-shirts as a symbol of “blacking out” bullying from
\nour school. Students, if you’d prefer to wear black too, please do. Thank
\nyou to everybody for keeping our school safe and welcoming for all!!<\/p>\n
\nWe are looking to borrow 10 or more Rubik Cubes for a potential Veterans
\nDay presentation. If anyone has one or more we could use until
\nmid-November, please give them to either Ms. Samse or Mr. Shircel. Thank
\nyou.<\/p>\n
Glass bottles are not allowed in class. Plastic bottles only. Also it
\nshould be only water. no monster drinks, energy drinks etc. Thanks<\/p>\n
*From the Nurse: *Candy \u2013 Everybody love it. But too much candy can be a
\nbad thing. The sugar in candy leads to cavities, weight gain, and recent
\nstudies link sugar intake to heart disease. So, when you get home after
\nyour trick-or-treat marathon please consider sharing some of that candy
\nwith the troops stationed overseas. Candy will be collected at the
\nelementary and middle school the week of November 2. Bring all or part of
\nyour candy to the office.<\/p>\n
