Summer school booklets will be distributed on Wednesday, March 2nd during
\nFalcon Period. Summer school for middle school students will again be
\nhoused at the high school and will run from June 13th – June 30th. Classes
\nwill be held from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday.<\/p>\n
Attention all seventh and eighth grade students. Are you looking to run
\nfaster, get in shape, build lean muscle, all while having fun? Then come on
\nout for track! Track practice begins April 4th. There will be a parent
\nmeeting on March 22nd at 5pm in the MS gym. If you are interested in being
\na part of the team, please see Mrs. Miller in the office to pick up

*Ice cream sales are moving to Wednesdays starting next week.* Ice cream
\nwill still be sold this Friday, Feb. 26, but starting on Wed., March 2, ice
\ncream will be sold on Wednesdays for the remainder of the school year.<\/p>\n
*Box Tops Competition! *Please stop in the MS office to get a sheet if you
\nwould like to turn in box tops. The Wednesday Falcon time class that
\ncollects the most will earn an incentive of 30min of electronic time, along
\nwith the Wii. The competition runs from February 23rd- March 18th.<\/p>\n
Smiles 4 Life, Inc. is a non-profit organization that will be offering
\npreventative dental services including oral screenings, cleanings, fluoride
\nvarnish applications, and dental sealants right at school for students
\nEarly Childhood through 12th grade! Smiles 4 Life will hold visits at
\nSheboygan Falls Middle School on: Tuesday, March 1, 2016 Each school office
\nin the district has information and enrollment forms. Forms did come home
\nwith the 2nd quarter report cards.<\/p>\n

*We Want to Hear How You are making a Difference!*<\/p>\n
Many people believe that they don\u2019t have what it takes to make a
\ndifference. They believe that only people such as Mahatma Gandhi, Mother
\nTheresa, Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, and the likes, are capable of making
\na difference. The truth is, we are all able to contribute and make a
\ndifference in the world! Millions of people are out volunteering, serving
\nand giving in their communities across the globe. You can certainly touch
\nthe lives of those around you with small, daily acts of kindness. It just
\nneeds to be something you do with the intention of \u2018doing good\u2019. Just look
\naround you and see what you can do to ease someone\u2019s burden or brighten
\nsomeone\u2019s day, it\u2019s noticed. When measured against the vastness of the
\nworld, these acts may seem insignificant; but to the person whose life you
\nhave touched, the significance can become profound. We really can make a
\npositive impact in our friendships, classrooms, businesses, cities and
\ncountries.<\/p>\n

\n3rd Annual Make a Difference Week from March 21-23. Make a Difference Week
\nwas started by the district\u2019s counselors to highlight the importance of
\nspreading kindness and good deeds throughout the community. In
\npreparation, we would like to hear from our Fall\u2019s school families. We
\nwant to hear your stories about giving back, volunteering, paying it
\nforward and partaking in acts of kindness. We will highlight many of your
\nstories at school during the month of March. Please type up a short
\ndescription about how a middle school student (if the whole family is
\ninvolved, let us know!) in our district is making a difference. A picture
\nto accompany the description is welcome. Please send an email containing
\nyour make a difference description (and picture) to Mr. Uselding (*
