The 6-8 Girls Show Choir will be starting this week Friday, at 7:15 in room
\n119. We meet every Friday and is open to any girls in 6th through 8th
\ngrade. If you are interested, please come this Friday, September 16th at
\n7:15 am.<\/p>\n
Applications for joining the yearbook staff are now available!
\nApplications are located in the MS office. Return the completed application
\n(parent signature is required) to the box to the right behind the chairs
\nwhen you walk in the office no later than Friday, Sept. 30.<\/p>\n
Meetings will be the second and fourth Monday after school each month.

\nbeing a leader and participating in fun activities with your classmates,

What is a ‘Lunch & Crunch’?! When students attend a ‘Lunch & Crunch’, they
\nwill be gaining a bunch of useful information about a given topic in a
\nshort period of time. Since we are covering a lot of information in one
\nlunch\/recess period, we\u2019re under a time-crunch, hence the name, ‘Lunch &
\nCrunch’! Students can expect videos, handouts, visuals and\/or discussions
\nduring a typical Lunch & Crunch. Possible topics include: Anxiety, Mental
\nHealth, Stress, Mindfulness, developing self-confidence, making good
\nchoices, handling intense emotions, Coping skills, Growth mindset. Please
\nwatch the announcements for more information and to sign up for our first 2
\n‘Lunch & Crunch’ topics: Developing Good Study Habits and Becoming an
\nOrganized Student.<\/p>\n
