This week is National School Counseling week and our message this year is
\n to stress less! Each day we will have a different theme that will include
\ntips to help us Stress less! Today is Mental Health Monday! We need to
\nremember that Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. Just
\nlike we take care of our bodies by exercising and eating healthy, we need
\nto take care of our minds. Some things we can do to have better mental
\nhealth are take care of yourself, do things to help yourself relax or do
\nthings that you enjoy. Sometimes just taking time out for yourself can make
\na big difference in your mental health! Try to do something for yourself
\ntoday and you may find that it helps you to stress less!<\/p>\n

\nagain celebrating Stress Less Week! We invite and encourage our teachers
