\nin Madison later in March. Also, a big high five to Alex B, our runner up!

Today is the third day of National School Counseling week and we are
\nencouraging everyone to stress less! Todays theme is Workout Wednesday.
\nThere are many ways that you can workout and get exercise. Playing sports
\nor playing outside are great ways to be active! Even a short walk around
\nthe school or simply standing up to stretch can offer immediate stress
\nrelief. Getting your blood moving releases endorphins and can improve your
\nmood. Try to work out or exercise and you may find that it helps you to
\nstress less! And remember! Tomorrow\u2019s theme is Tranquil Thursday, so wear
\nyour pajamas to help celebrate the theme!<\/p>\n

*February 6th-10 is National School Counselor Week and we will be once
\nagain celebrating Stress Less Week! We invite and encourage our teachers
\nand students to participate in the following: *<\/p>\n
*Workout Wednesday.* Teachers are encouraged to do something active with
\ntheir students. Students are invited to wear: Sweats or Active Wear.<\/p>\n
*Tranquil Thursday.* Teachers are encouraged to do something with their
