The
minerals and vitamins help round out a healthy diet by protecting against
disease while helping to maintain metabolism.

5) Keep it in Perspective

The % DV (Daily Value) is the percent of each nutrient in a
single serving in terms of the daily recommended amount, based upon
consuming 2000 calories daily. Without this clue the rest of the numbers
might not help that much as it can be hard to remember the recommendations
on the average amounts a person should consume.

*APRIL*

10 Jazz Concert – MS/HS Jazz Ensembles – 7:00 p.m. – HS
Auditorium

13-17 No School

20 Birds of Prey – 6th grade – 12:05 p.m.

*MAY*

5 Mid-Quarter Grades Due at 3:45 p.m.

8 6-8 Bands Dress Rehearsal – 7:55-9:45 a.m. – HS

                        6-8 Bands Spring Concert – 7:00 p.m. – HS

12 8th Grade Art fieldtrip to Milwaukee Art Museum –
8:30 – 2:30 pm

Social Skills Outing to Blue Harbor – 9:30 a.m. –
2:30 p.m.

15 6-8 Chorus Dress Rehearsal – 7:55-9:45 – HS

                        6-8 Chorus Spring Concert – 7:00 p.m. – HS

16 6th Grade to the Marsh

18 6th Grade to the Marsh

19 6th Grade to the Marsh

Jazz in the Park – MS/HS Jazz Ensembles – Settlers’ Park

22 6th Grade to the Marsh

23 6th Grade to the Marsh

24 8th Grade Band – Band Festival at the Kalahari

25 6th Grade of the Marsh

26 No School

30 5th Grade Band Parent Meeting – 6:30 p.m. – MS
Auditorium

*JUNE*

6 8th Grade Recognition – HS Auditorium

7 8th Grade Trip

8 Last day for students grades 5-7 (Early Release 11:10 a.m.)/8th
Grade No School

Grades Due at 3:45 p.m.

*Sheboygan Falls Middle School* *Student Announcements* *4/06/2017* *“B”* *8th Grade Parents:* *On April 21st students will be going to River Park following Forward Testing.
