This is a reminder from YOUR FALCON WAY!  This Friday, is our first<br \/>\nFalcon Way drawing!  The winners of the drawing will be announced during<br \/>\nmorning announcements.  Remember, you can only win if you earn those Falcon<br \/>\nFeathers by making positive choices!  Keep up the good work!!!<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all of you who are supporting the Music Department annual<br \/>\nFundraiser!  Order forms are due! Checks need to be made out to *School<br \/>\nDistrict of Sheboygan Falls*.<br \/>\nMrs. Charbonneau, Mrs. Stowers, Mrs. Winkler<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Falcon Way Store will open on October 11th during the 7th\/8th lunch<br \/>\nhour in the cafeteria.  The store will be open (2) TWO Wednesday&#8217;s each<br \/>\nmonth.  Staff in 7th &#038; 8th, please continue to utilize Falcon Feathers as<br \/>\nthese will be the currency used to purchase items in the store.  Students,<br \/>\nplease continue to exhibit positive Falcon Way behaviors to earn those<br \/>\nfeathers. Then forensics<br \/>\nis for you. If you are interested in being involved in speaking and acting<br \/>\ncompetitions, grab and return an application by the checkout desk in the<br \/>\nlibrary by Wednesday, September 27th. We will have our first meeting before<br \/>\nschool at 7:35am in the library on Thursday September 28th.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Calling all students who would like to be part of the &#8220;Year of Last<br \/>\nFirsts&#8221;&#8230;&#8230;.YOU are invited to apply to be part of SFMS YEARBOOK STAFF!<br \/>\nYEARBOOK STAFF meetings will be held AFTER school from 3:15 to 4:15 on the<br \/>\nsecond and fourth Mondays of the month beginning OCT. 10th (the opposite<br \/>\nweeks of Student Council). Applications are available in the office. They<br \/>\nare due Thursday, Sept. 28th to the &#8220;Yearbook Application&#8221; box in the<br \/>\noffice. Staff members will be announced the first week of October.<\/p>\n<p>See Mrs. Mansker in room 201 with any questions.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday October 9 th the 7th Grade will be attending a Chamber Theatre<br \/>\nProduction Performance in Oshkosh.  The bus will be leaving at 8:45 and<br \/>\nreturning approximately 2:30.<\/p>\n<p>*Health Tip*<\/p>\n<p>Empty stomachs, Empty Performance<\/p>\n<p>Between full school days, multiple sports practices and homework, students<br \/>\nlive extremely busy lives. Ensure you are balancing hours of activity with<br \/>\na healthy and nourishing diet and rest.<\/p>\n<p>Students love sports, music, play practice, work- which means lengthy<br \/>\nactivities are a regular part of the week. It&#8217;s important to refuel to make<br \/>\nup for the calorie loss. Students may need to consume 2,200-4,000 calories<br \/>\nper day. Not meeting these needs could mean a breakdown in muscle mass, an<br \/>\nunhealthy weight, less energy and decreased performance.
