\nprogram will be running a class to go over basics of bio mechanics and
\nlifting weights. No prior knowledge is necessary. Because we are getting to
\nthe end of the school year the coaching staff is trying to find a time that
\nwill work for all athletes interested. Please contact coach Henney with

\nKids!* This year\u2019s theme *Libraries Rock*. The program begins Monday,
\nMay 14 and
\nends Tuesday, September 4. All students *going into* grade 6-12 are
\neligible. When a participant reads a book, he or she will fill out a short
\nreport form, which is online. Participants can turn in up to 30 reports
\nduring the program. Each report completed will be submitted for a chance to
\nwin one of our many prizes. The grand prizes are an Xbox One, a mountain
\nbike, a Kindle Fire, or a HDTV!! Stop in the Middle School Library to pick

\norchestra, and piano ensembles along with a variety of electives such as
\nJazz Band, Show Choir, Yoga, Bucket Drumming, Comedy Improvisation, and

\n Learn the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, scoring, and
\nplaying defense from the Sheboygan Falls’ basketball coaching staff and

\nthe basket, and defense. We will also focus on intangible aspects of the
\ngame from our experiences as college and professional basketball players

\nteamwork, aggressiveness, and academics. We believe spring and summer is
\nthe most important time of the year for individual improvement so we hope
\nthis can be a great start to the offseason and give them drills to work on.<\/p>\n
\nKids play enough 5v5 in practice, open gyms, AAU, etc.. We want the kids
\ngetting in the gym to focus on individual skill development in a hard
\nworking, fun, and competitive environment.<\/p>\n
\ncoaches\/trainers, and European professional coaches, there are many skills
\nand drills I have been able to learn to improve as a player. The consistent
\ntheme will always be the fundamentals and little details to improve
\nindividual and team performance on both ends of the court.<\/p>\n
