This holiday season, we are excited to grow our hearts three sizes bigger,
\njust like the Grinch! To make this happen, SFMS is participating in the
\n#GrinchforGood campaign by organizing a seasonal food drive. Our food
\ndrive will run for one week – Wednesday, December 5th to Wednesday,
\nDecember 12th. The food collected (non-perishable, preferably cans) will be
\ndonated to the Sheboygan County Food Bank. Thank you for your kindness,
\ngenerosity & holiday spirit!<\/p>\n
*Girls Basketball Players:* There is a sign-up kiosk near room 133 in the
\ncommons. Please add your name to the list if you are planning on playing
\nbasketball this year. All paperwork (listed on the kiosk) must be turned
\nin to the office before you will be allowed to practice. The first
\npractice is January 2, the first day we’re back from winter break. There
\nwill be an optional parent meeting held in the middle school commons on
\nJanuary 2 at 5:00pm.<\/p>\n

12\/3 AM REHEARSAL INFO:<\/p>\n
All 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Choir students should report directly to the
\nHigh School Auditorium at 7:50 a.m. on Monday, December 3rd.
\nIf you are a bus student you should be dropped off at the High School and
\nif you are a city bus student please stay on the bus until you are bussed
\nback to the HS. If your parents give you a ride to school, they should drop
\nyou off at the High School. If you are a walker, you should walk to the
\nHigh School. Please enter the building using Door #4 ( the south-west
\nentrance doors by the gymnasium and auditorium).<\/p>\n
Students will be bussed back to the Middle School after their rehearsal.<\/p>\n
SCRIPPS NATIONAL SPELLING BEE! The classroom rounds for the Scripps
\nNational Spelling Bee will be held between December 5th and December 19th
\nin all Integrated classrooms. The grade level and the school
\nchampionship\/regional qualifying rounds will take place beginning the week
\nof January 7th.<\/p>\n

\nthe Waelderhaus in Kohler to view “gingerbread” creations from around the
\ncounty. Be sure to view the four SFMS entries on display and to vote for
\nyour favorites! The festival runs from Nov. 23rd through December 30th. The
\nWaelderhaus is open Sunday through Friday, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and
\nSaturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission is free and all are welcome
\nto enjoy this holiday event!<\/p>\n
\nMainstreet Memories from 2 PM-3 PM. Participating students will meet on
\nthe steps of the Municipal building at 2:00 PM and we will return to the
\nMunicipal Building at 3:00 PM. All students participating in this event
\nare responsible for coordinating rides and this is not required.<\/p>\n
\nfirst Saturday in December, which is the same day as Main Street Memories,
\nSheboygan Falls’ holiday program. On December 1, come to the OLD Middle
\nSchool (101 School Street) for a wide variety of handmade crafts as well as
\nseveral products from home-based vendors. The door open at 9 a.m. to visit
\nthese 50+ crafters and vendors, and close at 3 p.m. Admission is free.<\/p>\n
