The theme is &#8220;Polka Dots and Stripes&#8221;<br \/>\nand we encourage you to dress accordingly.  Permission slips will be handed<br \/>\nout in your Check-In class later this week.  Then next week Wed.-Fri. (May<br \/>\n8-10) during lunch, you can purchase your wristband for the dance with the<br \/>\nsigned permission slip and $1.  Kurty K will be the DJ again and there will<br \/>\nbe treats and photo booth pics available for purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Any 8th grade boys or girls interested in trying out for the Dance Team for<br \/>\n19-20 school year, our informational meeting for parents &#038; dancers is<br \/>\n4\/30\/19 at 3:30- 4:30pm in the high school cafeteria. Bring your parents<br \/>\ntoo!!<\/p>\n<p>*Attention Musicians &#8211; *A great summer music opportunity is right in our<br \/>\nbackyard! The Lakeland University Music Camp is July 21-27 and offers a<br \/>\nvariety of music opportunities. Large ensembles include band, choir,<br \/>\norchestra, and piano and some electives include jazz band, show choir,<br \/>\ncomedy improvisation, yoga, bucket drumming, and many more! Scholarships<br \/>\nare available from the SFMS Music Department. Please see Mrs. Charbonneau<br \/>\nor Mrs. Winkler for scholarship forms ASAP. You are allowed one reimbursable breakfast a<br \/>\nday, doesn&#8217;t matter the place you purchased. Questions ask the cashier.<\/p>\n<p>*8th grade Art Students*, including those who had 2-D Art 1st<br \/>\nsemester:  *Milwaukee<br \/>\nArt Museum* field trip on *Thursday, May 23*.  This is an OPTIONAL TRIP  so<br \/>\nif you choose not to go, or you are behind\/failing in academic classes, you<br \/>\nshould stay behind to catch up. Depart school around 9:20 a.m. and return<br \/>\napprox. 2:20.  We will take a guided tour, have lunch, and have some time<br \/>\nto explore with your chaperone.  Parent chaperones are needed!  Contact<br \/>\nMrs. Fischer if interested. Cost is $5 per student, chaperones are free.<br \/>\nMoney is due to Mrs. Fischer by Monday, May 6.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no P7 club on May 1st<\/p>\n<p>*Basketball News!!*   Sheboygan Falls\u2019 Boys basketball camp for boys<br \/>\nentering 7th grade through 9th grade is *June 24**th** through June 27**th*.<br \/>\nFor boys entering 4th grade through 6th grade camp is *July 8th and July<br \/>\n9th.*  Learn the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, scoring, and<br \/>\nplaying defense from the Sheboygan Falls&#8217; basketball coaching staff and<br \/>\nplayers. Camp forms are located in the grade level pods, the elementary<br \/>\noffice,  you can pick one up from Mr. Frohling at the middle school, or you<br \/>\ncan print a form from the rec department website.<\/p>\n<p>Any questions, contact Coach Frohling at <a href=\"mailto:jafrohling@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us\" >jafrohling@sheboyganfalls.k12.wi.us<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Calling all 8th grade STEM students!  You are invited to the Project Grill<br \/>\nunveiling at Wildwood Park on Friday, May 17th. (Fall semester STEM<br \/>\nstudents who wish to display should get their grills to Ms. Probst no later<br \/>\nthan May 15th, so that she can transport them.) You may take them at the<br \/>\nend of the event or pick them up the following Monday at school,. For more<br \/>\ndetails, including RSVP, please see Ms. Probst. An email and Infinite<br \/>\nCampus message will go out to families, as well. We hope you can be a part<br \/>\nof this event! All participants will get a free dinner, as well as a ticket<br \/>\nto a future Sheboygan A&#8217;s game. A group photo will be taken and you will<br \/>\nget to show off what you have created, as well as see the high school grill<br \/>\nprojects.
