Experience the Exceptional?
Issue: #6 Nov/Dec 2015-16
A message from Mr. Luke Goral, High School Principal
With October’s Manufacturing month coming to a close, I would like to encourage both you and your student to examine and explore the numerous career exploration and employment opportunities that are available for our students with our county and state manufacturers. It is my sincere hope that families take advantage of these numerous opportunities our local manufacturers are offering regarding experiences, employment and post-secondary education. I recently attended a career expo for parents and school staff at Sargento and was so impressed by the variety of career opportunities they have to offer. We will be partnering with Kohler for the second year in hosting a career expo experience on January 12 for all our freshman students. All parents are invited to attend. We will be posting more information pertaining to the event in December.
Have a great November! Go Falcons!

Junior TEAM Talks Are About to Start!
All parents of juniors have received an invitation to attend their child’s TEAM Talk with his/her school counselor. This a great opportunity to talk about your child’s progress thus far, this year’s goals, and future ambitions. If you can’t make your assigned time, please let us know to reschedule. We look forward to meeting with you! More info…

 Infinite Campus Information
Infinite Campus is replacing PowerSchool as our Student Information System. It is your new resource for accessing your child’s schedule and checking progress in the classroom. It is also used to alert parents with general announcements and emergency announcements such as snow days or school crises.
If you have any problems or questions pertaining to your login information, please contact Ms. Weber in the Counseling Office at 920-467-7828 or email [email protected].

A Tribute…

When McKayla and Trevor heard about the 9-11 Memorial Project, they decided they didn’t want to do something typical. Instead, while researching Marcy Borders, a 9-11 survivor, they learned that she was coined the Dust Lady by the media. Immediately, the dust reminded them of the sand in a sandbox. Their search started with not only finding the materials needed, but a recipient for it. After contacting the YMCA’s Little Friends, the sandbox found a home. They even wrote a letter to Ms. Border’s daughter. What a special tribute to a survive who recently passed away!

NOTICE TO PARENTS WHO ARE MOVING OUT OF THE DISTRICT

If you are anticipating a move out of the Sheboygan Falls District during the current school year, your student(s) can continue attending school in Sheboygan Falls. Please contact your building office or the district office to receive a “Tuition Waiver Form”. Completion of this form will enable your child to continue attending school in the Sheboygan Falls District even though you no longer live within the District boundaries. Please call Mary Blaha, Director of Business Services or Julie Hahn,
