A Message from the Principals
March 19th, 2025
Dear SFHS Falcon Families,
Spring has arrived at Sheboygan Falls High School. We’re so excited for the warmer weather and spring sports are now underway.
Quarter 3 concludes on Friday, March 21st. We want to thank the SFHS school community for your ongoing support. Your contributions are vital to our school’s success.
As we transition into Quarter 4, our 9th and 10th graders will participate in the state-mandated PreACT Secure (April 9th) and Forward testing (the week of April 17th). The 11th grade ACT testing was completed in mid-March.
We encourage all students to participate fully in these assessments. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring their attendance and engagement. We also ask for your continued support in helping students maintain focus on their academic work for the remainder of the school year.
Thank you for your continued support and encouragement.
Go Falcons!

Safety Update
During the month of March, the High School conducted an Evacuation Safety Drill on March 17th.
Single Referendum Question Proposed to Address Critical Needs & School Improvements
As previously communicated, there will be a single referendum question on the April 1, 2025 ballot addressing the most urgent space and critical capital improvement needs at the elementary school and the safety, aging building systems, and outdated, inefficient learning spaces at the high school.
In direct response to voter feedback, the revised facilities plan has been reduced to a not-to-exceed total project cost of $70 million. The School Board has eliminated the second question proposed in November 2024, which included building a new auxiliary gym, new multi-sport field, and new track for $21.5 million. They have also reduced the first question focused on elementary and high school improvements by more than $8 million by removing space for childcare and further prioritizing projects at both buildings. The proposed $70 million project includes the highest-priority projects, focused on providing space at the Elementary School, investing in existing buildings, and improving learning environments.

Fond du Lac Avenue Road Closure
As communicated to families via email on Friday, March 14th, we want to inform you of a temporary road closure that will impact pick-up and drop-off procedures at the Elementary School and Middle School starting Monday, March 31, 2025, and lasting until approximately September 1st, 2025.
Fond du Lac Ave will be closed between Rangeline Road and Oak Street due to road construction and utility work. This closure will affect our usual traffic flow during arrival and dismissal times.
***WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:***
Increased Traffic and Delays: Please expect significant traffic congestion and delays during pick-up and drop-off.
Alternate Routes: We recommend planning alternate routes to and from the school. Please review this GUIDE and EXPLANATION VIDEO for traffic plans and new drop-off/pick-up procedures.
Bus Riders: The bus company will pick up students 5 minutes earlier than the current pick-up time. Please plan to have students ready on time. This applies to all bus riders (ES, MS, HS).
Extra Time: Please allow ample extra time for your commute to and from school.
Patience and Cooperation: We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please be mindful of other drivers, pedestrians, and school staff directing traffic.
We understand that this road closure may cause inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption it may cause to your daily routine. We are working closely with the City of Sheboygan Falls to minimize the impact and ensure the safety of our students.
We will provide updates as they become available. Please check your email and the school website for further information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Congratulations Seniors on all of your accomplishments!
Spring is a common time for asthma flare-ups due to increased exposure to triggers. Know your and your family’s triggers and be prepared for the season. Stay healthy!
