4/5 HS Announcements
* HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS*

*April 5, 2022 – “B” Day*

*April 3-9 is National Library Week!* This is an annual celebration
highlighting the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library workers
play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities. This year’s
theme is “Connect with Your Library.” Promoting the idea that libraries
are places to get connected to technology by using broadband, computers,
and other resources. Libraries also offer opportunities to connect with
media, programs, ideas, and classes—in addition to books. S*taff and
students – stop in the library to celebrate the week with fun contests and
other activities!*

*Any member of the Junior Class* wanting to be considered for this year’s
prom court, please sign up in the high school office this week. Voting
will take place Monday, April 11th during enhancement. You may only sign
yourself and no one else – and this must be done in person, not through
email.

*Reminders for seniors:* *April 15* is the last day for completing *College,
Career, & Community Credentials*. Please see your Enhancement teacher or
your counselor for more info or assistance. *April 15* is also the last day
for seniors in Service Learning Club or Key Club to verify their *150 hours
of service*. Email Ms. Jarosch to make an appointment to verify your hours.

*Students: Prom guest passes are now available for pick up in the high
school office. They are due back NO LATER THAN April 12th. NO EXCEPTIONS*

*Attention Juniors and Seniors!!* On Tuesday, April 5 the rep from Marion
University will be coming to meet with interested students during
Enhancement in the Counseling Office. Then on Thursday, April 7, our LTC
rep, Esther, will be coming to meet with students during Enhancement.
Please remember, these visits are a great opportunity for Juniors to learn
more about the different opportunities available to them after high school,
and for Seniors to gather more information if they are still trying to
decide what they want to do next year. Use the Google Form(s) Mrs. Groth
sent out in your email to get signed up for these visit(s).

*Attention students!* The US Air Force recruiter will be coming to
Sheboygan Falls High School on Tuesday, April 5th to talk with students
outside the cafeteria during lunches. Please feel free to talk with him,
but then return to the cafeteria when you are done.

*Attention Senior Artists!* We would love to see your artwork on the cover
of our graduation ceremony program! The graduation committee has chosen a
motto, now we need a design to go with it! Designs can be sketched or
digital. There are specific guidelines that need to be followed for
printing purposes; please grab an instruction sheet from the high school
office or from Mrs. Flagstad for the details. Submissions are due to Mrs.
Flagstad by April 14th. If you have questions or would like to see
examples of previous covers, please stop by Mrs. Flagstad’s room.
