April 30th is Noise Awareness Day. Hearing loss doesn’t just occur in old
age! Here are 3 tips to protect your hearing:

1. Avoid or limit exposure to loud sounds.

2. Use hearing protection when it’s not possible to avoid loud noises.

3. Turn down the music volume! If you’re wearing ear buds and someone
can hear your music from 3 feet away, it’s too loud!
