You probably know that soda, chips, and candy are not that good for you,
but it may be worse than you thought. Recent research has found that kids
and teens that regularly eat junk food had lower IQ scores than those who
don’t. So next time you want to reach for a bag of chips and a soda, grab
an apple and glass of milk instead. Your teacher will thank you!

Did you know it takes 24 hours for bacteria in your mouth to form the
sticky film called plaque. If plaque is not removed with proper brushing
and flossing it coats the vase of your teeth and becomes tartar. Tartar
can only be removed by your dentist or hygienist. If it is allowed to stay
on your teeth your jaw bone starts dissolving and your teeth can fall out.
Keep your teeth by brushing and flossing!
