During the Play Performances the lost and found will be available for
parents to look through.

*Just a friendly reminder to stay above the line. The next “Green Day” is
Wednesday, March 23rd. It is the student/staff basketball game.*

Parents of Sheboygan Falls Middle School

As you come to school at the end of the day to pick up your children or
come to after school events remember we have neighbors. I have been
receiving many complaints from our neighbors about cars blocking their
driveways. This is happening after school at pick up and also during
events at school after school hours. Please remember to be at least* four
feet* away from a driveway if you park or if you’re waiting for your
child. If they continue to call about cars blocking their driveways then
enforcement action will be the next step.* PLEASE* be considerate to the
community members who live by the school.

Found: Keys on a pink Brewer lanyard. They are in the MS office. ~ Please
come to pick up if they are yours

The track signup deadline for 7th and 8th graders is March 11th. First
practice is April 4th!

Please see Mrs. Miller in the office to pick up registration forms.

Students, Staff, and Parents – Please remember the SDSF has a Wellness
Policy that reminds us to consider healthier options for birthday and/or
class treats as a way to promote healthy habits. If you need ideas for
these treats our school district website/food service/healthy snack
celebrations has great resources available. ~Thank you, Ms. Markofski

For anyone interested in joining Makerspace Club please attend one of the
informational meetings in Ms. Galica’s room (301) after school on
either Monday,

please see Ms. Galica or Ms. Widish for information.

If you still want to order a yearbook, you may do that but you can only buy

*From The Nurse:*

Did you know it takes 24 hours for bacteria in your mouth to form the
sticky film called plaque. If plaque is not removed with proper brushing
and flossing it coats the vase of your teeth and becomes tartar. Tartar
can only be removed by your dentist or hygienist. If it is allowed to stay
on your teeth your jaw bone starts dissolving and your teeth can fall out.
Keep your teeth by brushing and flossing!

*The 3rd Annual Make a Difference Week is Next Month!*

*We Want to Hear How You are making a Difference!*

Many people believe that they don’t have what it takes to make a
difference. They believe that only people such as Mahatma Gandhi, Mother
Theresa, Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, and the likes, are capable of making
a difference. The truth is, we are all able to contribute and make a
difference in the world! Millions of people are out volunteering, serving
and giving in their communities across the globe. You can certainly touch
the lives of those around you with small, daily acts of kindness. It just
needs to be something you do with the intention of ‘doing good’. Just look
around you and see what you can do to ease someone’s burden or brighten
someone’s day, it’s noticed. When measured against the vastness of the
world, these acts may seem insignificant; but to the person whose life you
have touched, the significance can become profound. We really can make a
positive impact in our friendships, classrooms, businesses, cities and
countries.

*Next month, the School District of Sheboygan Falls will celebrate their
3rd Annual Make a Difference Week from March 21-23. Make a Difference Week
was started by the district’s counselors to highlight the importance of
spreading kindness and good deeds throughout the community. In
preparation, we would like to hear from our Fall’s school families. We
want to hear your stories about giving back, volunteering, paying it
forward and partaking in acts of kindness. We will highlight many of your
stories at school during the month of March. Please type up a short
description about how a middle school student (if the whole family is
involved, let us know!) in our district is making a difference. A picture
to accompany the description is welcome. Please send an email containing
your make a difference description (and picture) to Mr. Uselding (*
*[email protected]* <[email protected]>*).
All make a difference emails need to be received by Monday, February 29.
There will be a letter coming home in the near future with more details
about this year’s Make a Difference Week. Thank you!*

Thank you!*
